I can train someone to do lots of things, but if they aren't self-driven, then I can't make that happen.<br /><br />Keep your head down and keep working at your normal level (which is excellent) and you'll come out way ahead. <br /><br />You have one of the hardest work ethics I know. The odd part is that it's not related to need. I've worked with some people who truly desperately need their jobs and yet treat them like an afterthought. It's odd.Monicanoreply@blogger.com
