Food - It's Way Hard To Eat Healthy

Breakfast - two hard-boiled eggs
Second breakfast - cereal & milk, fruit
Snack - italian ices
Dinner - leftover mac & cheese, veggies

I've often thought that it would be great if food were optional. Enjoy it when you can have great food, but not necessary the rest of the time. It's such a bother to have to figure out what to eat, to buy everything, to cook.

I often read your blog, but don't put comments cause I don't want to seem like some wierd old-lady lurker. You are a gifted writer, even when you're only writing about food.
