3) i failed my English test
4) i most likely failed my math test
5) my email account just like shut down
6) i have detention tomorrow
7) i have to go to chorus night tomorrow
8) i dropped my binder and it totally exploded everywhere
9) i don't have enough time to watch the office at Margot's house before coming home
10) basically I FAIL AT LIFE.
3 comments:
0) Get some rest and re-charge.
1) Call your phone every so often from another phone and perhaps eventually someone will find it and answer.
2) Instead of letting the entirety of the Chemistry project overwhelm you, start with just the first step, and check in with your teacher if you need help or a due-date extension.
3) Approach your English teacher with a proactive attitude and ask for help examining where you went wrong with the exam and guidance for improvement, making it clear that you take this seriously.
4) Ditto with Math.
5) If your account doesn't open back up, contact technical support.
6) Make good use of detention by using the time to do schoolwork.
7) Try to enjoy chorus night.
8) Feel accomplished in putting the binder back together and reinforce it to avoid such future explosions.
9) Read a synopsis of the missed episode online and try to make time for such small pleasures as a break in between all your responsibilities in the future.
10) Realize that you are winning at life by being persistent in persevering at all these various difficult endeavors.
Sam - you probably don't know most of us leaving comments but you most certainly don't suck at life as you put it. Sam you have soooo much on your shoulders, so much. So much more than the average 17 year old. Please always remember that when you get down and discouraged. You don't get enough help from whomever!! Your tired. Plain and simple. And when your tired, shit happens. I like the advice of the poster above mine. Take a deep breath and start tackling each problem....YOU can do this.
That's really not that bad. As far as the school stuff is concerned - you already KNOW how to do better, it's just a matter of putting the time in to get there.
As for phones, they're just objects. If you need a new one, I have no problem mailing out my old one, it's not fancy but whatever, it's just a phone.
Office withdrawals, okay you got me on that one, that sucks because that show rocks.
And exploding binders, well that really sucks - did anyone help you pick it up?
I hope your Friday goes better! :)
