Saturday:
Breakfast:
half a bagel with cream cheese and lox, orange juice
Snack: apple with peanut butter
Lunch: I was busy and forgot
Second snack: carrots, cucumbers, green peppers
Dinner: pasta puttanesca, garlic bread
I don't know why I planned italian food for dinner when we're having it tomorrow night.

Whore's food?
This suddenly stands out from what you wrote last week:
Just that I should try eating small meals every few hours rather than big meals very spread out, and if I feel shaky or tired to have some orange juice or a few lifesavers all at once and then see if that helps me feel better within 10 or so minutes.
A fairly simple approach, reflecting perhaps that it's not the big deal we were all making it out to be. Though the bit about being at risk for diabetes doesn't seem to be taken into account by it.
Has taking snacks helped? Have you ever felt shaky or only tired? Did skipping lunch today have any consequences?
When is the follow-up appointment?
