It's a sickness, really

I'm having a really bad case of senioritis lately. Not sure if it's the hurricane or what, but can't seem to get my head back on schedule. Basically every day I am either missing my first class or leaving early and missing my last class of the day. It has to stop. I wish somebody would yell at me or something.

Today I picked up about 10 lbs of apples and made applesauce and apple pies. I put an ingredient list on top of a quart of applesauce and brought it to this woman in our building who has a baby that was born last spring. My sisters babysit for her sometimes and always say she seems stressed.

Then I made lamp chops and asparagus and new potatoes and a salad. While making the salad, I decided we should have homemade whipped cream for the apple pie. Had people not started getting home I probably would have kept cooking all night.

This girl at school told me she found a new way to make chicken parm that involves croutons (as breadcrumbs). But she is the type to buy pre-shredded mozzarella cheese, and pre-cut apple slices.
